Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Lifeguard for our Newport Pagnell location, offering a dynamic and friendly environment alongside passionate colleagues. This role provides an excellent foundation for career growth in fields such as Operations Management, Sales, Fitness, or Customer Service.

Although possessing a National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is advantageous, we welcome candidates who are safety-conscious, competent swimmers, and eager to develop vital life-saving skills through our comprehensive training and development programs.

This position includes ongoing training and competency evaluations, with additional opportunities for first aid certification, swimming instructor qualifications, and apprenticeships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customers and fellow lifeguards to ensure safety in swimming and pool areas.
• Maintain vigilant oversight of the health and safety of all pool users and supervise facility operations.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to promote a secure environment for patrons.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with visitors in a courteous and professional manner, consistently striving to exceed high standards.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards across all areas as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Must hold a National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
