Job Overview
We seek a driven Leasing Officer / Real Estate Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role involves overseeing property leasing operations, managing client queries, conducting property tours, generating leasing leads, and ensuring successful tenancy completions.
Key Duties
- Promote and market residential and commercial rental properties effectively.
- Respond to tenant inquiries with appropriate property suggestions tailored to client needs.
- Develop leads and maintain a robust network of prospective tenants and clients.
- Organize and conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Manage the leasing lifecycle from initial inquiry through to completion of tenancy contracts.
- Negotiate rental terms and support the closure of leasing deals.
- Draft and examine tenancy agreements and related paperwork.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and leasing transactions via CRM tools.
- Ensure all leasing processes adhere to UAE real estate laws and company standards.
- Keep informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent customer service and tenant satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in real estate leasing, property management, or comparable roles preferred.
- Previous roles as Leasing Officer, Leasing Consultant, or Property Consultant are beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service prowess.
- Demonstrated ability in sales with a focus on meeting targets.
- Self-driven and capable of handling multiple client needs independently.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related software applications.
- English fluency is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranging from AED 2000 to AED 3000 monthly.
- Commission structure includes 15% on internal property closings and 20% on external property closings, with emphasis on generating and finalizing leasing transactions.
- Employment visa and medical insurance provided by the company.
