Overview
A strategic partnership is being formed to advance learning and development initiatives by collaborating with a top-tier Learning & Development firm. The organization's leadership retains strategic ownership of learning strategy, priorities, and business outcomes while relying on the external partner to design and implement impactful learning experiences.
Client Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate the enterprise learning strategy along with the annual curriculum roadmap.
- Analyze business needs to identify priorities and gaps in capabilities.
- Define curricula, leadership expectations, and success criteria.
- Manage governance, evaluate programs, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure all learning programs align with the company’s culture, values, and strategic objectives.
L&D Partner Duties
- Create compelling learning content and complementary participant materials.
- Conduct both instructor-led and virtual training sessions effectively.
- Develop e-learning modules, toolkits, job aids, and on-demand learning resources.
- Offer specialized expertise in areas such as leadership, professional development, resilience, coaching, and adult education principles.
- Track learner participation, analyze engagement metrics, and provide feedback and improvement recommendations.
Partnership Model
- Brings expert instructional design and facilitation capabilities without expanding internal staff.
- Accelerates the deployment of L&D activities.
- Delivers scalable learning solutions accessible across all departments.
- Maintains strategic control, culture, and priorities within the client while tapping external experts for execution.
- Offers a flexible partnership that can grow alongside the organization.
