Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead for Contract Management to be based in Goa. The ideal candidate will hold a BE/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering and have over six years of relevant experience. This role offers an opportunity to apply skills across various industries.
Core Responsibilities and Skills
- Effectively manage contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Conduct precise cost estimations related to contract projects.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and monitor cost control to optimize project expenditure.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of six years' professional experience in contract management or related fields.
