Based in Lagos, it is a developing business that positions itself as a reliable garment-care partner.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Lagos for someone who can manage end-to-end laundry operations. The Laundry Washman / Laundry Operations Officer will handle tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding garments, while keeping the work area tidy and well organized. The role also involves working with laundry equipment, maintaining service quality, supporting customers politely, and responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly pay is between ₦100,000 and ₦120,000. In addition, the position includes HMO coverage.

Core Duties
- Use laundry and dry-cleaning machines safely and effectively.
- Separate items based on fabric type and the care process they need.
- Carry out stain removal and other garment-care treatments.
- Iron, steam, fold, and package finished items neatly and professionally.
- Check garments to confirm that finishing standards are met.
- Keep equipment and the workspace clean and orderly.
- Protect customers’ clothing and valuables with care.
- Observe operational and safety procedures throughout the workday.
Requirements
Applicants should have at least an SSCE, OND, or Bachelor’s qualification. Prior experience in laundry or dry cleaning is strongly preferred. Candidates should understand garment-care methods and fabric handling, be able to work industrial laundry equipment, and show a strong eye for detail and quality. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is also important.
Preferred Background
Experience in commercial laundry or hotel/hospitality laundry operations will be an advantage. Good time management, a professional presentation, and positive customer-handling skills are also desirable.
