About the role
In this position, you will create high-quality cakes, tortes, and sweet baked treats for a long-established family bakery in Höxter. The company has been serving fresh baked goods to customers every day for more than 90 years, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, tradition, and consistent quality.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys pastry work, has a creative eye for decoration, and takes pride in finishing products with care and precision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cakes, tortes, and sweet snacks independently.
- Work reliably and with commitment as a passionate pastry professional.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
- Use skilled craftsmanship to give each product a polished final finish.
Requirements
- Completed training as a confectioner/pastry chef, or relevant professional experience.
- Strong manual dexterity and practical craftsmanship are essential.
- Careful, accurate, and quality-focused way of working.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
