Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food according to established standards
- Operate kitchen stations including grills, fryers, microwaves, and other equipment
- Collaborate effectively with the team to meet time and quality targets
- Adhere to food hygiene, allergen policies, and health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness continuously, including comprehensive kitchen clean-downs
- Manage stock rotation and store food safely
- Complete all mandatory induction, role-specific training, and refresher courses
- Contribute toward ongoing kitchen performance improvements

Working Schedule
Our pubs operate long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes. The role typically involves approximately 20 hours per week with scheduling flexibility across all days.
