Kitchen and Laundry Technician

Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for keeping kitchen hot and cold equipment, along with laundry machinery, in reliable working condition. The aim is to minimize interruptions, avoid costly failures, and support seamless daily hotel operations. You will also be expected to carry out maintenance work in line with safety standards and environmentally responsible practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain all hot and cold kitchen equipment to reduce the likelihood of breakdowns and support smooth performance.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair laundry equipment so it remains fully functional and free from avoidable faults.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on schedule to help meet guest expectations and operational needs.
• Act quickly when equipment fails, resolving issues efficiently while following hotel procedures and quality standards.
• Work in a manner that protects guests, employees, and the environment by following safe and eco-conscious practices.
• Observe all hotel rules and procedures related to environmental protection, health, and workplace safety.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, plus prior experience in a Kitchen and Laundry Technician role or a similar technical maintenance position. You should be comfortable diagnosing faults, handling repairs, and working with both kitchen and laundry systems.

• Practical experience maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment
