Junior Technical Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production, processing, warehousing, dispatch, fieldwork, engineering, equipment upkeep, or logistics duties as directed.
• Monitor equipment functionality and promptly detect issues, initiating corrective measures.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including calibration, troubleshooting, and minor repairs under supervision.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and reduce risks.
• Engage in technical inspections and track follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Assist with the construction, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and infrastructure.
• Record maintenance activities, equipment changes, and note operational challenges.
• Undertake other assigned duties from supervisors or managers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance/control, or any STEM field.
• Strong capabilities in analytical thinking and problem-solving for technical troubleshooting.
• Eagerness to learn, ability to follow guidance, and adapt across diverse technical and operational roles.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mindset toward solving challenges.
