Role Overview
Kickstart your career in retail by joining our award-winning team as a Junior Store Assistant on a casual basis. At ALDI, we provide comprehensive training to help you become confident and successful in the retail industry, supporting a diverse and inclusive team environment focused on helping customers live richer lives for less.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with locating their preferred products in the store while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Ensure aisles are clean, orderly, and appealing at all times.
- Handle back-of-store tasks such as unloading deliveries, unpacking stock, and restocking shelves to maintain product availability.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability to work weekends, after school hours between 4pm and 9pm, and during school holidays.
- A positive mindset and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail with an ability to spot things that are out of place.
- Team-oriented attitude appreciating the importance of collaboration.

- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.92 to $21.48 plus shift allowances, dependent on state and age.
