Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process, from identifying suitable candidates to contract finalization.
- Engage in active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and various other recruitment channels.
- Establish and maintain long-term talent pools.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate applicants effectively.
- Advise hiring managers and collaborate closely with different departments.
- Lead and execute recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
- Analyze key recruiting performance indicators and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed studies or an equivalent qualification, preferably focusing on human resources, business, or related fields.
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on sales recruiting, executive search, or complex specialist and leadership positions.
- Proven expertise in active sourcing alongside proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruitment tools.
- Demonstrable success in designing and implementing complex search strategies and developing sustainable talent pools.
- Competent in conducting competency-based structured interviews and thorough candidate assessments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills with confident interaction with executives and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, autonomous, data-driven working style with strong results and solution orientation.
- Fluent German at C2 level and very good English skills (at least C1) to support international recruitment.
