Team Overview
The Growth Platform Team plays a pivotal role within Raisin’s B2C Experience Tribe by building and maintaining key infrastructure that powers the company's growth. This includes tools such as A/B testing frameworks, user analytics, bonus systems, and affiliate marketing tools that enable data-driven growth efforts across Raisin’s consumer platforms.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the experimentation and A/B testing infrastructure to enable fast learning and growth across multiple teams.
- Partner with Data Engineers and Analysts to implement effective tracking and facilitate detailed behavioral insights.
- Lead growth initiatives like referral programs, customer bonuses, and retention strategies, balancing customer incentives with business goals.
- Integrate marketing technologies (for example, affiliate tracking) into Raisin’s product and data architecture.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact growth features efficiently and to a high standard.
- Lead backlog refinement and discovery sessions with engineering to maintain alignment and focus on growth objectives.
- Participate in quarterly planning cycles, including setting OKRs and defining clear success metrics related to your domain.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years experience in a product or growth-focused role, ideally within B2C environments.
- Proficiency in working with experimentation frameworks and executing A/B tests.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams spanning product, marketing, analytics, and technology.
- Active user of AI tools for research, drafting specifications, data analysis, and experiment design, with thoughtful views on its applicability.
- Strong grasp of tracking, analytics, and attribution methodologies.
- Technical fluency enabling close collaboration with engineering on backend services and APIs.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in leveraging data to define success and steer decision-making.
- Proactive, well-organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
