About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Junior Designer to join our in-house marketing team, reporting to the Lead Designer. This key role supports the creative realization of various brand projects, including promotional campaigns, member acquisition efforts, facility openings, and marketing initiatives throughout our international network. The Junior Designer will convert approved ideas into visually attractive designs while maintaining brand consistency and managing multiple projects under strict deadlines. This position suits a creative professional who excels in a fast-paced setting, follows direction attentively, and aims to grow within a respected global fitness brand. It presents a valuable chance to build a varied portfolio, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and contribute to the vibrant UFC GYM brand narrative.
Qualifications
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in graphic design, whether agency, in-house, or freelance
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)
- Proficiency in Canva and Figma
- Familiarity with Dropbox or similar cloud storage and file management systems
- Strong grasp of design principles such as typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and color theory
- Ability to work within existing brand guidelines and execute directed creative concepts
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Capability to juggle multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work must accompany the application
Responsibilities
- Produce original graphic designs supporting company initiatives like promotions, membership drives, events, partnerships, and internal communications
- Rework approved concepts under the Lead Designer’s direction across diverse formats, sizes, and channels, including online displays, social media, emails, in-club signage, and printed materials
- Ensure every creative asset aligns with UFC GYM’s brand standards, templates, and style guides
- Prepare accurate print-ready and optimized web files including proper specifications, bleeds, and color profiles
- Create graphic solutions for new club openings, remodels, and environmental branding elements such as wall graphics, signage, and window decals
- Collaborate with vendors, print shops, and field teams to guarantee precise production and installation of location-specific graphics
- Maintain and organize the marketing team’s digital asset library, ensuring all files are current, correctly labeled, and accessible
- Assist franchise locations and field teams by providing creative assets as requested
- Participate in creative briefings, develop production schedules, and handle multiple assignments to meet deadlines
- Support photo and video requirements for events, club launches, and content creation when necessary
