Role Overview

We are searching for a passionate Junior Full Stack Software Engineer with approximately 1-2 years of experience or a strong recent graduate eager to grow. Candidates who thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy building both products and relationships, and embrace feedback and pair programming will find our team a great fit. Comfort with incorporating AI tools into daily development activities is highly valued.

Required Skills and Experience

While proficiency in all technologies is not mandatory, candidates should demonstrate a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and frameworks. We especially welcome applicants with knowledge or experience in AI-assisted development or personal projects involving large language models, agent systems, or automation.

• Experience or familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React, React Native, and Node.js.
• Knowledge of backend technologies such as Python with Django or Microsoft .Net using C#.
• Exposure to databases such as PostgreSQL or MSSQL.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools including CircleCI, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with observability tools such as Elastic or New Relic is a plus.

Formal computer science degrees or relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential; problem-solving ability and communication skills are critical. During recruitment, candidates will undertake coding challenges with discussions to showcase their skills.

Location and Work Hours
