The company is looking for a junior front-end developer from the MENA region to work remotely and contribute to modern web projects in a fast-moving, healthcare-oriented setting.

This role suits someone eager to sharpen front-end skills, work with cross-functional teams, and help create polished web experiences while continuing to learn on the job.

What You Will Do

• Create and update responsive websites and landing pages that are easy to use for healthcare and medical audiences.
• Turn design mockups into well-structured, reusable front-end code.
• Contribute to digital marketing materials that improve campaign results and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure designs and features are implemented correctly.
• Support front-end improvements that help with SEO, conversion performance, and overall site effectiveness.
• Improve site speed, accessibility, and browser compatibility across major devices and browsers.
• Deliver consistent experiences on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Work within modern web standards and usability practices.
• Assist with websites built on WordPress and similar CMS platforms.
• Handle content edits, template changes, and layout adjustments when needed.
• Find and fix interface issues and front-end bugs.
• Test features and pages across browsers and devices to maintain reliable performance.
• Keep up with new front-end tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Take part in code reviews, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal builds.
• Hands-on exposure to real websites or web applications will be considered an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a closely related area, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress or another CMS platform is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-conscious development practices.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience using collaboration tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of site performance optimization and browser compatibility requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving ability.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills in a remote environment.
• Open to feedback and continuous learning.
• Able to organize priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Awareness of web accessibility standards such as WCAG is an advantage.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or regulated industries is beneficial.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is a plus.
• English fluency is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
