Working Hours and Location

The position is based onsite in Waltenhofen, with working hours from Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM.

Role Overview

The Junior Controller role is offered in both part-time and full-time capacities, involving crucial contributions to financial controlling functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Support the monthly reporting process including variance analysis between actual and planned figures.
• Prepare, analyze, and comment on key financial performance indicators.
• Contribute to the creation of monthly presentations for stakeholders.
• Serve as the point of contact for different company branches for ad-hoc analyses and data requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments across the company to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Assist in forecast and budget planning activities.
• Maintain and update master data and cost center mappings.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in controlling, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with DATEV is required and SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong affinity and enthusiasm for working with numbers.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills across different organizational levels.
• Team-oriented, flexible, dependable, and detail-conscious personality.
