Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions and assist with compliance activities. This position is office-based in Ludhiana, Punjab, and requires a candidate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial entries using Tally software.
- Maintain various vouchers including purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Generate invoices, quotations, and expense documentation.
- Collaborate with the operations team to support order processing and related paperwork.
- Track stock levels and inventory records when necessary.
- Reconcile bank statements alongside ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Provide assistance with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance tasks.
- Ensure organized filing and maintenance of accounts and operational documents.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
