Overview
Reliance Jio is seeking experienced professionals for the role of Centre Manager based in West Bengal (ROWB Circle). This position demands a seasoned candidate with a strong background primarily in the telecom sector, to oversee the operational and commercial success of the Jio Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and drive customer acquisition efforts.
- Optimize operational costs while maximizing productivity at the Jio Centre.
- Oversee smooth operations and administrative functions of the centre.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory norms and maintain commercial controls.
- Secure necessary approvals related to project implementations.
- Collaborate effectively with channel partners to boost centre productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer retention and gather feedback.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A graduation degree in any discipline is mandatory; post-graduation or MBA is preferred.
- 12 to 15 years of professional experience, primarily within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong expertise in profit and loss management.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Excellent team leadership and management skills.
