Join V.K.Maali Jewellers as a Jewellery Sales Associate based in Pune, Maharashtra. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, reaching sales targets, and managing product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and evaluate their jewelry preferences to provide tailored advice on selection, styling, and maintenance.
- Strive to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales objectives by promoting upselling opportunities and introducing new jewelry collections.
- Inform clients about the technical details of products, including materials used, diamond certifications, purity levels, pricing structures, and additional making charges.
- Ensure the jewelry displays remain attractive and orderly, participate in stock reviews, and handle valuable pieces securely.
- Conduct billing using POS technology accurately while keeping comprehensive customer records for future engagement.
