Job Overview

We seek a dynamic Jet Ski Instructor dedicated to safety and delivering excellent water sport experiences. This role involves guiding jet ski excursions, giving safety instructions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed safety briefings and operational guidance prior to tours.
• Lead guests on guided jet ski rides while prioritizing their safety.
• Perform pre- and post-use checks on jet skis and safety gear.
• Monitor sea and weather conditions to assess tour suitability.
• Help guests with fitting life jackets and other equipment correctly.
• Immediately report any incidents, accidents, or equipment malfunctions.
• Keep equipment clean and stored appropriately after use.
• Offer exceptional customer service aimed at creating memorable experiences.
• Adhere strictly to UAE maritime safety laws and company operational procedures.
• Support promotional efforts and sales of additional water sport activities when possible.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as a Jet Ski or Watersports Instructor is essential.
• Proficient swimming ability.
• Jet ski operation certification or equivalent is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification considered an advantage.
