Job Details

• Employment: Part-time or full-time
• Shift: Evenings
• Pay Rate: $14 per hour
• Payment Frequency: Weekly

Primary Duties

• Clean and maintain all types of floor surfaces including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment responsibly to avoid damage to floors or fixtures.
• Sanitize and upkeep restrooms, conference rooms, hallways, and entrance zones.
• Empty trash receptacles properly and utilize compactors where applicable.
• Wash windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with suitable products and equipment.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in deep carpet cleaning such as extraction and shampooing.
• Restock paper and sanitary supplies as needed.
• Adhere to the scheduled housekeeping routine.
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning machines like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned based on work scope or customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, alternatively at least six months in a janitorial-related role.
• Training will be provided on the job.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions clearly.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work.
• Knowledge of standard custodial methods and commercial cleaning practices.
• Familiarity with floor care processes such as buffing and waxing.
• Background in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance is an advantage.
