The company operates in the Saudi market by distributing trailer components sourced internationally. Role Overview
The organization is looking to hire a dedicated and skilled IT Systems & Infrastructure Administrator to oversee and maintain the entirety of the company's IT environment. This full-time, onsite position is primarily situated at Al Kharj Industrial City with responsibilities extending to the Riyadh office. The role encompasses managing Microsoft platforms, networking infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP and business application support, systems integration, and day-to-day IT technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Oversee Microsoft Entra ID, including user account management, roles, MFA, Conditional Access, and access policies.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, app deployment, and endpoint management.
- Handle Microsoft Azure cloud resources, services, backups, and security controls.
- Administer Windows servers, OS, storage, virtualization, and key business software.
- Maintain and manage company networks, including firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, VPNs, load balancers, and internet gateways.
- Ensure secure and consistent connectivity between Al Kharj and Riyadh offices.
- Support ERP systems administration and their integration with finance, HR, sales, procurement, inventory, and operations software.
- Manage integration of Microsoft platforms, ERP, and other business applications.
- Monitor systems for availability, performance, security, and data integrity.
- Implement and maintain endpoint protection, security patches, access controls, and incident response protocols.
- Conduct regular backups, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity planning.
- Provide advanced IT support resolving hardware, software, network, and access issues.
- Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, system configurations, admin access logs, IT asset registers, and operational procedures.
- Oversee software licensing, domain management, hosting services, vendor relations, and technology service providers.
- Recommend and institute IT enhancements to improve efficiency, reliability, and security.
- Ensure proper security and control over systems, administrator accounts, passwords, configurations, and documentation.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive practical experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
- Strong background in Windows server administration, OS management, virtualization, security hardening, and backups.
- In-depth network administration knowledge including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and network monitoring.
- Experience supporting ERP systems and integrating diverse business applications.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Ability to independently manage a comprehensive corporate IT environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Certifications related to Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Linux, or cybersecurity are advantageous.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or contracting sectors is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at Al Kharj and provide support at the Riyadh location as required.
Additional Information
This position demands hands-on technical involvement rather than mere vendor coordination or basic helpdesk duties. The successful individual will be directly responsible for administration, securing, documenting, and enhancing the IT infrastructure and systems.
Employment is full-time and onsite, based in Al Kharj Industrial City, with duties including support at Riyadh.
