About the role
This is a remote, entry-level IT support position based in Australia and suited to people who are enthusiastic about technology, enjoy helping users, and want to build a career in technical support. Key responsibilities
- Deliver initial technical assistance to users by phone, email, chat, and support ticket tools.
- Diagnose and resolve basic problems related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Set up, configure, and support operating systems and business applications.
- Handle account setup, password resets, and user access tasks.
- Pass on more complex issues to senior IT team members when needed.
- Keep clear records of support requests, fixes, and system changes.

- Provide responsive customer service and work toward quick issue resolution.

Qualifications
