Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of contract-to-hire recruitment from sourcing to offer follow-up.
• Identify and obtain candidates through portals, social channels, and networking referrals.
• Evaluate applicant profiles against client needs to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Arrange interviews, coordinate between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure communication is seamless.
• Update and maintain recruitment tracking systems and actively work towards hiring goals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1.5 years experience in recruitment, specifically with contract-to-hire roles.
• Thorough understanding of IT hiring demands and processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
