Overview

Join the Leipzig/Halle and Dresden airports, serving over three million passengers annually to destinations across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee the implementation and enhancement of modern business processes utilizing Microsoft 365 products from initial planning through to successful integration.
  • Coordinate subprojects such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Power Apps, and Power BI, both organizationally and technically.
  • Align technical, organizational, and operational requirements with business departments, managing their needs and potential for further development.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer through workshops, draft decision documents, and ensure effective internal and external communication.
  • Support change management initiatives and assist involved teams in achieving successful project outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a closely related field.
  • Have extensive professional experience as a project manager in classical and/or agile project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrate multiple years of leadership and coordination within IT, digital, and AI-related projects in the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of M365 and Azure technologies, capable of translating complex technical information for management and business stakeholders.
  • Effective leadership skills to guide stakeholders and project teams with clear, respectful communication.
  • Attuned to customer needs with solid analytical abilities and deep insight into business processes and operational workflows.
