Role Overview

As an IT Consultant specializing in Microsoft 365, you will evaluate the current IT infrastructure of our clients and design customized, forward-looking Microsoft 365 solutions. Your expertise and passion for technology will drive the digital transformation journey of organizations, guiding them seamlessly towards cloud adoption. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site analyses of customers' existing IT environments and develop tailored Microsoft 365 architectures that balance functionality with future readiness.
• Design detailed architectures prioritizing usability while ensuring infrastructure stability and security.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans and coordinate their execution closely with clients.
• Support and guide complex customer projects throughout all phases, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure solutions meet client requirements and expectations.
• Drive ongoing optimization of clients' IT landscapes by integrating innovative technologies and industry best practices.

Required Expertise

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its full suite of workloads.
• Deep proficiency in at least two specialized Microsoft 365 areas such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft AI, Teams Collaboration, or Phone systems.
• Preferably hold Microsoft certifications focused on Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Ability to advise clients competently on hybrid and cloud solutions and assist with their deployment.
• Additional skills in related areas like Change & Adoption, Backup & Lifecycle management, Governance & Compliance design, or familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong team spirit with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to continuous learning.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
