Role Overview
This is an on-site trainee position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with The Muthoot Group. The role focuses on front-desk customer handling, branch support, and follow-up activities tied to customer service, documentation, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in visitors at the branch and assist them with KYC-related processes and document maintenance.
- Support customers with service queries and provide basic orientation about branch processes.
- Make sales and collection-related follow-up calls, share updates with existing customers, and handle routine backend tasks at the branch.
- Identify new prospects, connect with potential clients, present the company’s offerings, and manage ongoing customer relationships.
