Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position is centered on planning and delivering international training programs in biotechnology and related life science areas for varied learner groups. The role is based in Hamburg, Germany. The selected person will help shape course content, arrange workshops and hands-on sessions, support overseas participants with onboarding and logistics, and ensure that the learning experience remains relevant, well-organized, and continuously improved through feedback.
Key Duties
- Build and update training curricula and supporting learning materials for international programs.
- Coordinate workshops, demonstrations, and practical learning sessions.
- Guide visiting participants through onboarding and day-to-day logistical support.
- Respond to participant questions and maintain smooth communication throughout the program.
- Develop and maintain connections with academic and industry collaborators.
- Use participant feedback and outcomes to improve the quality of future sessions.
- Work with internal research, development, and management teams to keep training aligned with company initiatives, compliance needs, and funding conditions.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should come from biotechnology, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a similar field. Prior experience in training, education, or program coordination is a strong plus. The role calls for a collaborative mindset, comfort working in multicultural settings, and strong written and spoken English. German or other languages are beneficial. The ideal candidate will also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and training administration.
