About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our team in Gurgaon for an International Chat Process role. This position requires handling inbound and blended international customer chats while delivering accurate solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound chats from international customers with professionalism.
- Provide prompt and precise responses to customer queries.
- Aim for first-contact resolution to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain high-quality chat interactions while achieving defined performance targets.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, operational guidelines, and data security measures.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline; graduation is not mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with at least one year of customer service experience will be considered.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong listening skills and interpersonal aptitude.
- Basic computer skills coupled with good typing speed.
- Availability and willingness to work rotational and night shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary for freshers ranges from 18,000 to 20,000 INR based on assessment performance.
- Experienced personnel can earn between 22,000 and 34,000 INR, subject to assessment results.
