About the Role
Embark on a promising career journey with HSBC by joining our Innovation and Insights team. This role invites recent graduates to participate in various business initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects. Candidate Profile
- Graduates from any discipline, including Commerce, Management, Engineering, and Arts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of project workflows coupled with a quick learning ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Adaptable team players who are curious and self-driven.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
Preferred Experience: Prior internships in project support, business operations, or coordination roles are advantageous.

Training and Compliance
Successful completion of mandatory Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training along with associated assessments is required.
Apprenticeship Details
The position is classified as a one-year apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act of 1961 and related rules. Apprentices will be registered in the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal, allowing candidates to access their profile. On completion, a Certificate of Proficiency issued by the Government of India will be awarded, concluding the formal enrollment. Terms and conditions provided in the offer letter from HSBC will apply to the apprenticeship tenure.
