Role Overview

Sharp Brains is hiring an Information Technology Support Specialist to deliver remote end-user support from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maintaining desktop and laptop environments, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across user devices and common workplace applications.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum technical assistance for desktops and laptops, including diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
