About the Role

The Information Technology Assistant position at Save the Children International's Somaliland Area Office involves providing daily support to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, equipment, and network services. This role requires maintaining IT assets, resolving technical issues, and assisting users in adherence to the organization's IT policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver everyday IT support to ensure reliable operation of computers, printers, software, and network equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems relating to hardware and software, including LAN/WAN infrastructure components like routers and switches.
  • Support Microsoft Windows-based networks, including domain and server management, along with antivirus protection.

Required Qualifications and Experience
