Job Role and Responsibilities

The position of Inbound Customer Care Executive involves handling voice-based customer service processes within the MUM1A VFS Client account. The role operates on a fixed day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days per week, with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). The employee will be responsible for providing high-quality customer interactions and support over voice channels.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade or any graduate degree.
• Fluent and excellent English communication skills essential.
• At least 6 months of prior voice experience preferred; however, freshers (both graduates and undergraduates) are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Work Details

• Salary for experienced candidates is INR 19,500 net in-hand monthly.
• Fresh graduates receive a monthly salary of INR 15,000, while undergraduates are offered INR 14,000.
• This position requires on-site attendance at the MBP, Mahape location.
• The work schedule consists of five working days per week with a fixed shift.
