The Ned is a renowned global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants providing a vibrant setting for members and guests to connect, work, and unwind. Located in the historic former Midland Bank headquarters since 2017, it offers a private members’ club, a public spa, event spaces, multiple dining venues, and 250 guest rooms.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent the guest experience as a welcoming and knowledgeable face of In Room Dining.
• Provide expert recommendations and respond to guest inquiries with comprehensive menu knowledge.
• Maintain impeccable personal presentation and ensure smooth, efficient service operations.
• Uphold high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation, never allowing subpar offerings to reach guests.
• Oversee smooth In Room Dining operations, report issues promptly, offer feedback, and coordinate with multiple outlets.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and safe, for both guests and staff safety.
• Work variable shifts ranging from early mornings at 6:30 am to late finishes depending on business demand.
• Manage commercial duties including stocktaking, menu updates, payroll tasks, following managerial directives.

Compensation and Benefits

• Approximate annual salary of £41,080, paid at £19.75 per hour including service charge.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a warm and engaging personality to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Good general knowledge of food and drinks is preferred; training on specific menus will be provided.
