Role overview
Wardat Almashreq is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to oversee essential HR operations and employee support services. In this role, you will serve as an important contact for staff and assist managers with day-to-day human resources activities.
Key responsibilities
- Run routine HR tasks and support the full employee journey from entry to exit.
- Respond to employee queries and service requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with performance management activities and related follow-up.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in HR-related functions.
- Strong English proficiency is expected.
