We seek a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to be part of our entirely remote global People Operations team. This diverse role involves supporting every stage of the employee life cycle, orchestrating engaging onboarding programs, overseeing talent tracking, and ensuring accuracy within our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive talent acquisition support by collaborating with department leaders, crafting innovative job postings, screening candidate applications particularly for roles in design, marketing, and operations, coordinating interview panels, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and execute innovative and smooth digital onboarding experiences, coordinating remote equipment logistics and familiarizing new hires with the company culture and values.
- Administer and audit HRIS data, including employee records, payroll deductions, PTO tracking, and benefit updates related to life events, ensuring system accuracy.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting with virtual team-building activities, distributing company newsletters, and fostering ongoing feedback mechanisms to promote an inclusive remote workspace.
- Ensure strict adherence to employment compliance requirements across multiple states by maintaining accurate records in line with corporate policies and federal/state labor laws.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or similar fields combining business, humanitarian, or creative knowledge.
- Entry-level experience, ranging from no prior experience to up to 2 years, including relevant internships, recruiting projects, university leadership roles, or handling confidential data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with capability in data organization, filtering, and formatting for managing personnel reports.
- Excellent communication abilities coupled with strong emotional intelligence and strict adherence to confidentiality and data privacy principles.
Preferred Attributes
- Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) to facilitate international coordination across supply chains and executive offices is highly desirable.
- Basic experience or familiarity with modern enterprise HR platforms such as BambooHR, Workday, ADP, or Rippling.
- Passion for beauty trends, cosmetics production, lifestyle brands, or multicultural consumer packaged goods (CPG).

- Compensation: Annual base salary between $55000 and $72000 USD, inclusive of potential discretionary bonuses, remote workspace technical allowances, employee product discounts or stipends, and comprehensive health, dental, and wellness benefits.
