Role Overview
The Human Resources Payroll Administrator will work full-time remotely to oversee the complete payroll cycle and provide HR operational support. Key duties include accurate and punctual payroll processing, maintaining detailed payroll records, adhering to compliance standards and company policies, administering employee benefits, updating HRIS data, and assisting in HR policy implementation and communication. The role requires handling employee questions on pay, benefits, and leaves, collaborating with finance and HR departments, supporting audits and reporting, and continuously improving processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing payroll functions, including processing, reconciliation, and regulatory adherence.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and policies, capable of consistent interpretation and application.
- Practical expertise using Human Resources Information Systems to enter, maintain, and generate reports.
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration and related legal obligations.
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
- Skilled in written and verbal communication to effectively explain payroll and HR matters.
- Familiarity with office software and digital collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, word processors, and remote communication platforms.
- Self-motivated to work independently in a remote setting with excellent multitasking, deadline management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or customer service environments is advantageous.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, accounting, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
