About the Company

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Officer to join our Jeddah-based team. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for candidates with foundational to intermediate HR experience, including internships or up to two years in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.
- Maintain personnel records and prepare HR-related reports.
- Develop and monitor employee key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with performance management.
- Plan, coordinate, and document employee training and development initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Handle HR processes using government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
Candidate Profile
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training design.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in HR, including internships or cooperative education programs.
- Fundamental understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
- Experience using Saudi government HR platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Location
This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.
