Role summary
This full-time onsite Human Resources role is based at Neighborhood Market #4147, 3560 Davis Dr, Morrisville, NC 27560, US. The position supports store leadership with core people operations, including recruitment, hiring, staffing, employee development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance-related needs. The job involves spotting HR issues, evaluating them, and helping put Walmart HR programs and initiatives into practice.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $20 to $33. In addition to base pay, the position may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed, premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply, and more than one premium can be earned when the qualifying conditions are met. The pay rate will at least match the minimum wage required for the job location.
