Job Overview
We seek a motivated and energetic Human Resources Associate to support our recruitment processes and employee engagement efforts. This role involves managing hiring workflows, onboarding new hires, fostering a positive workplace environment, and handling routine HR communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete recruitment cycle by sourcing candidates, screening applications, arranging interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
- Support the smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Organize and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale.
- Respond to standard HR inquiries from employees efficiently.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure timely completion of recruitment and onboarding tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Competence in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with experience using LinkedIn and Canva platforms.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
