About the Role

The Human Resources Generalist III position at Enerflex Ltd. in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, involves supporting daily HR functions and providing comprehensive HR services throughout the employee life cycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and international employee transfers to Nigeria including contract creation, relocation support, visa sponsorship, and medical insurance arrangements.
  • Contribute to HR digitization, process standardization, and efficiency projects.
  • Produce HR reports, maintain metrics accuracy, and ensure documentation compliance for audits and legal standards.
  • Adhere to Enerflex's HR, Quality, HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines, and perform other duties as directed by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Seven to ten years of progressive experience in human resources roles.
  • Strong command of HR operations, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems is preferred.
