About the Role
This is a full-time position located in Dubai; candidates currently residing in India who are interested in relocating are encouraged to apply. Join DAMAC Group, a leading name in the region's real estate sector, and contribute to shaping the future within their prestigious Data Center vertical, Damac Digital. This newly established HR Business Partner role offers an exciting opportunity to influence and lead people strategies in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to address all human resource matters and spearhead people strategy initiatives.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and enhance employee engagement programs.
- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and spearhead change management processes.
- Work alongside HR Centres of Excellence to support recruitment, learning, compensation, and talent development strategies.
- Analyze HR data to provide strategic insights and recommendations aligned with business goals.
- Lead HR transformation projects to improve processes and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Have over 10 years of experience in HR, with substantial exposure as an HR Business Partner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and support large employee groups of 500 or more.
- Experience preferred from Shared Service Centers or technology sectors.
