Role Overview
Varsha Enterprise is looking for a Human Resource Recruiter based in Coimbatore, India, to handle end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves identifying and acquiring top talent across different channels, conducting interviews, negotiating compensation, and managing the complete hiring cycle from job advertisement through to offer finalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates from multiple recruitment platforms and networks.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess suitability and fit.
- Handle salary discussions and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
- Oversee all hiring steps including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
