Job description
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with the entire recruitment life cycle including resume screening, interview scheduling, and managing joining formalities.
- Oversee the onboarding process by handling new hire documentation, contracts, and induction sessions.
- Respond to employee inquiries, facilitate conflict resolution, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 4 years of demonstrated experience working as an HR Officer or HR Generalist.
- Have solid understanding of HR functions and organizational policies.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) considered beneficial.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and organizational capability.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
