Human Resource Manager

Overview

G3 Business Services, a Hyderabad-based staffing firm supporting US clients, is expanding its offshore presence and seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager. This role demands 5-10 years of HR experience preferably in small to mid-sized organizations, with a strong focus on domestic recruitment across diverse functions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle domestically, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop, enforce, and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) along with adherence to company policies.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures effectively.
• Track and assess employee attendance, performance levels, workplace ethics, and productivity; collaborate closely with department leaders to resolve any performance-related issues.
• Partner with management to identify hiring demands and recruit qualified candidates for open roles.
• Maintain comprehensive employee records ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal HR standards.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and high-achieving organizational culture.
• Provide support in HR reporting, documentation, and additional people management activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications such as MBA or PGDM in HR are preferred.
• Superb communication and interpersonal rapport building skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and coordination capabilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and HRIS or recruitment software platforms is advantageous.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in Hyderabad. The annual salary range for this role is between 1,200,000 and 1,800,000 INR. Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
