About the Role
Join Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Bangalore as a Human Resource Intern for a fixed term of five months (August to December 2026). This position offers hands-on experience in people services by supporting daily administrative, operational, and project tasks within a fast-paced environment. As part of the Emerging Talent programme, you will gain exposure to important HR areas including processes, policies, and best practices, contributing to overall HR operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Handle HR-related cases, calls, and webchats addressing employee concerns from initial interaction to resolution.
- Process HR transactions such as onboarding, data updates, payroll inputs, leave administration, and exit procedures.
- Track and close HR service requests adhering to service level agreements.
- Maintain precise and current employee information within HR systems.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to boost service delivery effectiveness.
- Provide professional, high-quality customer service with meticulous attention to detail focusing on the needs of the employees.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, applicable labor laws, and data protection standards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage and resolve escalated issues.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Strong listening and communication skills to understand and respond adequately to employee needs.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity by seeking clarifications and demonstrating resilience.
- High attention to detail with commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
