Job description
Role Overview
This position involves supporting the development and management of various HR processes including policies, payroll, and HR Administration/Shared Services. The role provides daily HR assistance and solutions that help attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain employees. These efforts align with business goals, HR strategies, policies, and applicable legislation to ensure delivery of superior HR services, tailored to meet organizational and service quality standards while staying within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine HR operations to detect issues and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in administering HR processes related to Talent Management & Sourcing, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management.
- Promote adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Ensure service delivery meets prescribed standards, timelines, and targets for all HR activities and policies.
- Offer administrative support and guidance regarding HR policies to Business Managers and employees.
- Engage in diverse HR tasks covering the entire employee lifecycle and conduct HR data analysis.
- Oversee HR Administration and Shared Services processes by setting and maintaining quality standards and timeframes.
- Identify recurring errors or issues, correct them when possible, or escalate complicated matters for resolution.
- Collect feedback from HR partners and employees about HR services and communicate this to the Country Head of Human Resources.
- Maintain detailed reporting and data documentation for assigned HR services as per established protocols.
- Support colleagues with recurring errors related to specific HR services.
- Develop and nurture effective relationships with key stakeholders involved in payroll.
- Facilitate and develop distinct payroll-related processes for key accounts.
- Help implement compliant clearance procedures as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- HR certification would be advantageous.
- At least two years of relevant experience in HR encompassing critical areas such as Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations/Industrial Relations.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Experience in successfully implementing organizational change initiatives.
