  • Diverse responsibilities within a progressive energy industry complemented with tailored professional development prospects.
  • Flexible working conditions including an overtime account, up to 8 work-from-home days monthly, 30 vacation days, plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off, and the option to take sabbaticals.
  • Additional perks include business bike options, gym subsidies, company pension schemes, and a Germany-wide public transport ticket (Deutschlandticket).

  • Collaborate with Procurement, SQD, CPX, Service Operations, and HSE teams to integrate safety requirements throughout the entire contractor lifecycle.
  • Serve as the main coordinator for contractor HSE performance, aligning efforts among different functions and stakeholders.
  • Analyze audit outcomes, onsite observations, and performance data to detect trends, potential hazards, and areas needing improvement.
  • Develop and implement actionable plans with clear accountability and measurable outcomes based on these insights.
  • Monitor contractor performance and facilitate corrective actions to enhance operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and best practice sharing to continually elevate contractor safety performance and organizational resilience.

Candidate Profile

  • Communicates effectively at all organizational levels; simplifies complex issues into practical solutions and possesses strong negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates strong networking skills, cultural sensitivity, and thrives in collaborative international team environments.
