Role Overview
The HR Specialist role is a full-time on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and partnering with management to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle management including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage interactions with local government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Ensure strict compliance with Saudi Labor Law and achievement of Nitaqat program goals.
- Collaborate with department leaders to address employee relations issues and support workforce development initiatives.
- Maintain daily HR operations including employee record-keeping, assisting recruitment efforts, and coordinating onboarding and orientation.
- Administer employee benefits, support performance management activities, and contribute to the development and revision of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle personnel management duties, respond to employee queries, and uphold adherence to local labor laws.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Between 1 to 3 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia is essential; preference given to Saudi nationals.
- Proficient in HR information systems and familiar with standard office software like Microsoft Office.
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in manufacturing or project-based industry sectors in Saudi Arabia is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
