In this role, you will work on HR administration, employee support, HRIS maintenance, and people-related reporting. You will partner with managers and leadership to keep HR processes accurate, efficient, and compliant while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key accountabilities

  • Act as the main HR contact for employees with questions about policies, procedures, and general employment matters.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, offboarding, exit interviews, and employment paperwork.
  • Maintain the HRIS by keeping employee data, workflows, permissions, and organization details current and accurate.
  • Assist managers with HR documentation, interpretation of policies, and everyday people-operations support.
  • Review HR workflows and recommend improvements to efficiency and system performance.
  • Build recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
  • Create presentation materials for leadership that summarize HR metrics, trends, and organizational insights.
  • Keep employee files and HR records organized while supporting audits, compliance work, and regulatory reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help sustain a positive, compliant, employee-focused culture.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with exposure to HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Prior experience using HRIS platforms; experience with Paylocity is strongly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance practices; experience supporting multi-state workforces is an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including the ability to produce reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, along with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-service abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to protect confidential information and use sound judgment in sensitive situations.
  • Additional strengths such as SHRM-CP or PHR certification, experience in high-growth or technology companies, workforce analytics capability, or familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency are considered a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation paid in USD.
  • Performance-based incentive plan.
  • Fully remote arrangement with the flexibility to work from your preferred location.
  • 10 paid vacation days each year, plus U.S. federal holidays.
  • Chance to contribute to a rapidly growing international business in the fintech and cryptocurrency space.
  • Supportive and collaborative remote team culture.
  • Exposure to global HR operations and employee experience initiatives.
  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership on strategic HR projects.
  • Career growth in a dynamic and evolving business.
